When should I use it?
This support is ideal for those who are looking for high levels of support from their wrist brace but who need to retain flexibility in their wrist, which is not possible with wrist supports with metal palmar bars.
Sizing
Measure your wrist circumference in centimetres (see above picture) and use the following as a guide to getting the correct size:
Small/ Medium- 12-15. Medium/ Large- 15-18. Large/ Extra Large-18-22.

The Wrist Guard has been designed and used by NHS Clinicians to provide high levels of support without restricting wrist motion. This makes it ideal for most sports and any activity that causes repetitive strain. The Wrist Guard alleviates pain caused by joint, muscle and tendon overuse and strain caused by repetitive movements from activities such as typing or sports.
